A very well resources materials
room is available to professional phase students
24/7. In the Materials room students have access
to a wide range of test materials for use in assessing
and diagnosing communication disorders in children
and adults. These assessment tools are also used
for academic courses.
In addition to tests the Materials
Room houses many different items for use during
treatment sessions. Children often learn best
when instruction is part of fun activities. Sometimes
therapy for adults also benefit from the use of
"props". The materials room thus has
everything from flip charts and markers to games
to crayons to sets of cards, toy people and animals
and much much more.
