Language Research Laboratory

This large laboratory is shared by faculty members with interests in the use and production of language. Work being done here includes investigations of:

  • How group treatment dynamics benefit adults with aphasia.

  • How various types of augmentative and assistive technology help people with aphasia.

  • How augmentative and assistive technology can best be used to help speech impaired children learn to use language.

This lab also houses the department’s video editing equipment.
